Google and Samsung have officially announced the world's first Android Ice Cream Sandwich phone and it's called the Samsung Galaxy Nexus on October 18th,2011.
On the inside the Galaxy Nexus will have a 1.2 GHz dual core processor, 1 GB of RAM, and your choice of 16 or 32 GB of internal memory.
